We are currently only set up to accept payment through PayPal. As demand grows we will expand our methods of payment but please be patient with us we sort everything out. If you have questions or concerns about our payment methods please contact us directly.
Because we are a very small, WAHM run business please allow 3-4 business days for processing once your order is placed.
You can add the "24 Hour Rush Processing" item to your order at checkout for 24 hour processing to get your order sooner.
All US shipments will be shipped using First Class or Priority mail with tracking.
Chunkito Cheeks is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages once items are under the care and handling of the United States Postal Service.

Chunkito Cheeks will only accept returns of UNWASHED and NEVER WORN items within 14 days of delivery. Every return is subject to inspection upon arrival on a case by case basis and may have a 15% deduction from refund for items that do not meet our policy agreement. Customers are responsible for return shipping on all items. Please include order number, name of item, and reason for return with all return requests.
In the event of manufacturer defect, a full refund will be issued after inspection of returned item. Once the returned item has been received and determined to meet the criteria for reimbursement, a full refund will be sent within 7-14 business days. Repair or replacement of items with manufacturer defects is available at customer request.
In the event of minor cosmetic flaws or if our product does not meet your expectations, you may return the item and upon receipt and inspection of the returned item a refund will be issued within 7-14 business days. Shipping both ways will be at the expense of the customer and we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
NO RETURNS/REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDER OR PRE-ORDER ITEMS. If a manufacturer defect is present, please contact us immediately and after inspection we will refund, repair, or replace the order.
You may cancel/change your order within 24 hours from checkout with the exception of rush processing orders. If an order is cancelled/changed after it has already shipped, regular return policies apply and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways.
